Return & Refund Policy
Customers are advised to read and understand our Return/Exchange/Refund Policy before buying.
If customers do not agree with our stated Return/Exhange/Refund Policy, customers are advised to refrain from buying to avoid any foreseeable conflict.
As to ensure our customer satisfaction on our services, if there’s unforeseen circumstances may occurred during the delivery processes, you may return/exchange the items within 7 business days in the following cases:
- You received a damage item from the courier ( except biscuit and tin pack item ) **
- There is an error in the item you received based on your order placed
- The items must be in as a new condition and returned as in the original, undamaged packaging with the accessories (includes the product warranty card) and free gifts received with it, if any.
- The product must not have been installed or used

All products are quality checked before shipping to customer.
During transportation there might cause dented issue or biscuits inside not in good shape, however we will do our best to wrap in good packaging to avoid unnecessary .
Once purchase, customer consider accept this condition and NOT LIABLE for REFUND AND EXCHANGE .

We guarantee all items are original and we check every details of the item before we send it out.
The shipping fees for the return item above will be fully borned by Buyer .
All returned items will be fully inspected and the decision to accept or reject any return/exchange item is final.
If your return is valid, we will exchange/replace you same model and re-sent you as soon as possible.
If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back to you.
** Exchange will not be accepted **
How to return or exchange products
1. Simply email to email@example.com within 7 business days of receiving the items.
2. In the email, please provide us the following information:
(a) Your full name and address.
(b) Order number and the date the items was received.
(c) The reason why you would like return/exchange your items.

1. If your ordered product / items are already Out Of Stock / Not Available from our manufacturer, the customer may seek a refund from us.
